4.1. Автошколы подконтрольны Министерству образования и Прокуратуре, можете сказать, что обратитесь туда с заявлением на действия администрации школы, но мне лично вообще непонятно зачем Вы туда пошли.
Для записи на пересдачу в ГИБДД в школу Вам не нужно, для этого требуется записаться через госуслуги на конкретный день и явиться в назначенное время.
Все документы по квалификационному экзамену находятся в ГИБДД и автошколе не выдаются. Практическое вождение Вы можете сдать в течении 6 месяцев, потом снова придется пересдавать теорию.

5. Был лишен вод. удостоверения. Срок лишения прошёл,был наложен административный штраф. Суд.приставы дело прекратили по сроку давности. В базе ГИБДД штраф висит. Будет ли требовать инспектор ГИБДД квитанцию об оплате штрафа если водительское удостоверение которого лишили, просрочено по сроку действия в 12.2014 г. После был утерян паспорт и получен новый. При пересдаче экзамена ПДД что и как будут требовать на нынешний 2020 год?

Закончился срок действия прав, сделал все как надо: оплатил гос. пошлину, прошёл медкомиссию, стою в участке за новыми, тут выясняется что 3 года назад у меня эти права забрали по суду, при том что я об этом знать не знал и ездил спокойно с такими правами все это время. 12. Лишили ВУ по статья 264 часть 3, авария была в 2011 году. Пошел забирать ВУ после лишения, в ГАИ требуют пересдачи теоретического экзамена. А как же ст.54 Конституции?

Возможно, Вы неправильно понимаете ст. 54 Конституции РФ.
Напоминаю, что она говорит следующее:

Статья 54
1. Закон, устанавливающий или отягчающий ответственность, обратной силы не имеет.
2. Никто не может нести ответственность за деяние, которое в момент его совершения не признавалось правонарушением. Если после совершения правонарушения ответственность за него устранена или смягчена, применяется новый закон.
Это касается правонарушений и преступлений, а не порядка действий, например, при получении ВУ, так как порядок действий при получении документа — это не наказание за деяние.

То есть, если бы за то время, когда Вы были лишены водительского удостоверения, наказание за преступление по ч.3 ст.264 УК РФ смягчилось бы, например, срок лишения ВУ стал бы 3 месяца, то Вы имели бы право получить ВУ через три месяца, а не через полтора года.
Поэтому новый порядок получения водительского удостоверения №1191 от 14.11.2014 года обязывает Вас сдать теоретический экзамен.

14. Моя дочь прошла обучение в школе гаи (школьница), сдала внутренние экзамены — сдала их. Также была допущена до сдачи экзаменов в гаи. Теорию там сдала, а вождение нет. Но записаться на пересдачу никак не получается. Теперь вопрос — может ли она сдавать экзамены в гаи (вождение) в другой школе?

15. Должны ли при пересдаче экзамена в ГИБДД после лишения за ошибку давать дополнительные вопросы.

15.1. Да, должны!
Экзамен на пересдачу после лишения отличается от стандартного, когда новички впервые получают права. Они заключается в том, что в билетах нет вопросов относительно штрафов и оказания первой помощи – вопросы исключительно по правилам дорожного движения Стандартный экзаменационный билет состоит из 20 вопросов. И за 1 ошибку назначается 5 доп. вопросов на которые надо ответить безошибочно! В том случае, когда пересдача прошла неудачно, водитель располагает правом повторить попытку, но не ранее, чем через 7 дней. При этом регламент сдачи не ограничивает количество повторных попыток. Платить за сдачу экзаменов не нужно.

19. Муж был лишен водительского удостоверения до вступления в силу закона о пересдаче экзамена пдд в ГИБДД. Обязан ли он при получении удостоверения сдавать этот экзамен?

Новые правила сдачи экзамена в ГАИ

26 февраля в нашей стране начинают действовать новые правила сдачи экзаменов в ГАИ.

Установлен следующий порядок сдачи экзамена после автошколы. Первым сдается теоретический экзамен.
Время прохождения теста 15 минут на компьютере и 30 минут на бумажном носителе.
Допускается неправильно ответить только на один вопрос. Если Вы не уложились в отведенное время, экзамен также считается не сданным.

После успешной сдачи экзаменуемый допускается к практическому экзамену, который необходимо сдать в течении 6 месяцев. В случае, если Вы не успеете в указанный срок, все экзамены (теорию, автодром) придется проходить заново.

Допуск к экзамену повторно осуществляется только по прошествии 6-ти календарных дней после неудачной попытки. После 3-х неудачных попыток сдавать экзамен можно только через 30 календарных дней.

Одним из технических новшеств является возможность применения авто навигатора при сдаче практического экзамена по городу. Для этого в него должен быть загружен маршрут ГАИ. Возможность использования авто навигатора определяет председатель комиссии, а маршрут вводит тот, кто принимает у Вас практический экзамен.

Ограничено количество возможных апелляций, в случае несогласия с результатами экзамена в ГАИ, до одного раза.

Сколько раз можно сдавать экзамен в ГАИ.

Не трудно посчитать максимальное количество попыток сдачи экзамена за пол года,  у меня получилась следующая картина:

• Первые три попытки  3*7  за  21 день.  У меня остается 183 – 21 = 162 дня (183 дня – пол года)
• Остается 162/31 = 5  попыток 

Получается 8 попыток.  Напомню, что ранее можно было сдавать практический экзамен раз в неделю в течении трех месяцев.  Количество попыток уменьшилось, а значит и вероятность “проскочить” тоже!

Стоимость сдачи практического экзамена в ГАИ сейчас составляет 180 000 брб. или 1 базовую величину.  

При 8 попытках придется потратить 8*180000= 1 440 000 брб. ну и конечно время и нервы, которые не восстанавливаются.

Не лучше ли, действительно нанять профессионального частного инструктора по вождению в Минске и потратить эту сумму на усовершенствование своих навыков вождения, отработав все маршруты ГАИ и элементы площадки!

Сколько раз можно сдавать экзамен в ГАИ?

С 26 февраля 2018 г. вступили в силу изменения, связанные с очередностью и продолжительностью сдачи экзаменов в ГАИ.

Теперь лимит по времени для сдачи теоретической части варьируется, в зависимости от условий сдачи: для теста на компьютере – 15 минут, для письменной работы – 30 минут. Не стоит слишком долго задерживаться над последним ответом: даже если он будет верным, но по времени вы не уложитесь в срок, тест не будет засчитан. В предложенном лимите можно ошибиться и дать неправильный ответ, но только один раз.

С положительным результатом по теоретической части вы допускаетесь к экзамену на дороге: его можно сдавать на протяжении полугода (пока действует «зачет» по теории). Здесь также имеются свои уточнения:

• первые три попытки можно использовать с интервалом 7 дней;
• последующие – не раньше 30 дней с момента последнего провала.

А какие новые привилегии есть у будущих водителей?

В 2018 году при сдаче практической части можно использовать навигатор. Единственный нюанс: необходимо загрузить туда маршрут автоинспекции. Такое лояльное условие вводится по усмотрению председателя комиссии (если решение положительное, программу вносит сам студент).

Количество возможных пересдач и сумму, в которую это обойдется, можно подсчитать самостоятельно. У вас есть 3 попытки с интервалом в 7 дней, итого – 3 попытки за 3 недели. Из шести месяцев остается 162 дня: в этот период интервал между пересдачами составляет 30 дней, т.е. остается 5 попыток. Таким образом, за полгода, в течение которых действует «зачет» по теории, вы можете попытаться сдать вождение целых 8 раз.

Стоимость одной пересдачи – 24,50 рубля. Значит, при необходимости пересдавать все 8 раз, это обойдется вам в 196 рубля.

Чтобы не заниматься подсчетами и не переживать из-за полученных пересдач, во время обучения вождению в Минске лучше заранее обратить внимание на те ситуации, где чаще всего ошибаются начинающие водители: например, возникновение параллельных участников движения по впереди идущей или встречной полосе. Если чувствуете, что уверенности на дороге недостаточно – есть смысл обратиться за дополнительными практическими занятиями (в автошколе «АвтоАвиант» вы можете пройти обучение езде на мотоцикле и автомобиле).

Также следует уделить внимание дорожным знакам, ориентации по дорогам. Чем увереннее вы себя почувствуете, тем больше вероятность, что сдача экзамена по вождению пройдет успешно с первого раза.

Сложности пересдачи практического экзамена

Пересдача сопровождается лишней тратой денег, времени и ваших нервов. После успешной сдачи теоретического экзамена, вы должны успеть в течение шести месяцев сдать практический экзамен, который проводится в два этапа. На первом этапе вам необходимо сдать площадку (указанные экзаменатором элементы), на втором город. Большинство неудач постигает экзаменуемых на втором этапе практики.
Если вы не успели в течение шести месяцев сдать практический экзамен, готовьтесь к тому, что придется снова сдавать теорию. Общая длительность теоретического экзамена составляет 15 минут.
Если вы неудачно сдали практику, ждите шести календарных дней. Только на седьмой день вам дается вторая попытка. Первый раз вы сдаете экзамен на автомобиле автошколы. Второй раз сдача экзамена осуществляется на автомобиле ГАИ или другой автошколы. Пересдача в ГАИ производится в порядке очередности.
Помните, что можно всегда договориться с автошколой, в которой учились, на предоставление привычного для вас автомобиля. Сдавать экзамен на машине, на которой вы учились, намного проще.
